Last year I had received one of those chocolate fondue fountain things as a gift. Finally, I get a chance to try it out later today at a party that I am bringing it to. Sounds easy enough.... The instructions say it is best to use Belgian chocolate because it is high in cocoa butter which helps the chocolate flow (it's a fountain!). But I'll have to take the alternate route and go with standard milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil to get it flowing. Wooooooooooo fun.
