FoodI'm proud to announce a small project of mine, the Upperbound.com recipe site:

    http://www.upperbound.com/recipes

The site has a collection of recipes from myself as well as some family members and friends. You can put your own recipes on there too if you really want. I've written the recipe site from scratch and it will always be a work in progress, adding new features and so on. The ultimate goal is to allow people to input ingredients they have around the house, and have it bring up a list of dishes they can create with what they have on hand. It would be sort of like how Webtender does it.

The recipe site was created long before this blog was set up, so the authentication systems between this blog and the recipe site are separate. Eventually, I will get the two sites integrated better. The latest recipes are listed in a block on this site, so that's a start.

My aunt has a collection of recipes she posted on a previous version of the recipe site which were unfortunately lost in a server crash. I'll try to bug her to post those again. :-)

Boz, is the code behind your recipes site available? I'm searching for CMS/PHP/unknown solutions for a wild-mushroom recipe portal I'd like to create.

You can contact me directly at:

    TIA!
